A teen girl has been found dead in a pond after being assaulted while walking with friends to her mosque in Fairfax County, Virginia, early Sunday, while the man suspected of killing her has been charged with murder, police said.
Police believe a body found Sunday afternoon in a pond in the 21500 block of Ridgetop Circle in Sterling, Virginia, is a 17-year-old girl from Reston who was reported missing in the area after the group of friends scattered during the 3 a.m. assault as they were headed to an all-night prayer session after getting food.

Yeh, I recall my wife talking of such things....many years ago..The “diversified employees” were sleeping at their desks...but “diversification” meant they are/were never fired !

They spend all day and all night at the mosque during Ramadan. It’s part of the brainwashing. They are allowed to eat after sunset and before sunrise, so they went out to eat at 3AM.
And the kicker is that all those corps get sued for discrimination anyway.
Ironically the best way to avoid being sued for discrimination is to never hire anyone who might potentially file such a suit - in other words discrimination is the best defense against lawsuits charging discrimination.

Man Charged with Assaulting and Killing a 17-Year-Old Girl

Reston Police District – A man has been charged with murdering a 17-year-old Reston girl who was reported missing today, Sunday, June 18, around 4 a.m. near Dranesville Road and Woodson Road, in the Herndon area. An investigation determined she was walking outside with a group of friends when they got into a dispute with a man in a car. It appears the suspect, Darwin A. Martinez Torres, 22, of Sterling, got out of his car and assaulted the victim. Her friends could not find her and police were called to help.
Numerous patrol officers from the Fairfax County Police and Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office immediately began an extensive search. The police helicopter, K-9 teams and search and rescue teams also responded to search for the missing teen, whom officers believed to be injured. While searching, one officer saw a car driving suspiciously in the area and stopped it. The driver, later identified as Martinez Torres, was taken into custody as a suspect.
Around 3 p.m., the remains of a female were found in a pond in the 21500 block of Ridgetop Circle, in Sterling. The Office of The Chief Medical Examiner will conduct an autopsy to confirm the identity of the remains and determine the exact cause and manner of death; however, detectives do believe the remains are those of our missing teen. They later obtained a murder warrant charging Martinez Torres for her death.
Thanks for posting that. But I don't get it. A guy gets out of his car and starts beating up your friend. And then: "Her friends could not find her". There seems to be a step missing.
