I travel. I often carry guns. I stop at hotels. I don’t leave my valuable and protective guns in the car.
Obviously this guy had other things in mind. But don’t condemn stopping at hotels with guns.
Once you get arrested and post bond, if the judge inserts directions into your conduct prior to the court episode....you really need to review them. It’s plain stupid on his situation....sitting in some jail now with real criminals and waiting on some case to come up for a court-date (could be six months away).
My opinion on this incident has changed.
Whereas the fellow seemed to me at first to be just some guy who had a gun (like many in DC,)
he now appears to be a real kook, and a dangerous one at that.
I’m glad he’s in the pokey. Unfortunately DC doesn’t “really” have gun laws post-Heller so building a case against him will be difficult.
Be very careful where you go with your guns. Just having them with you at a motel in DC or NYNY can earn you a felony conviction.
Doctor, heal thyself.
Not sure if it’d be prudent to take them anywhere NE or immediately south of Pennsylvania, for the most part.
I get why the guns and the drug paraphernalia are in the photo as evidence, but what does a Baptismal certificate have to do with things?
I can see the headlines one day; "Suspect had no social media accounts. Released for lack of evidence".
I had to go back and check the photo. Seriously! That is absolutely outrageous!
I have only a two year tech certificate and I know this. Why don't you?
