Yesterday, Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly announced the DAPA program was officially rescinded:
(VIA DHS) On June 15, Department of Homeland Security Secretary John F. Kelly, after consulting with the Attorney General, signed a memorandum rescinding the November 20, 2014 memorandum that created the program known as Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA) because there is no credible path forward to litigate the currently enjoined policy. The bureaucratic state has determined that there is birthright citizenship...so that's the best that can be done for now. Hopefully, they'll address that misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment next.

This is meaningless since already stopped by the courts. What about amnesty for illegal aliens? That has not yet been stopped and was promised day one.

DACA is a hard target and not an immediate concern. It is important, but it’s something that will take preparation to end without spending far too much political capital that could otherwise be used to remove more immediate threats.
For that, the demonrats will pile another investigation on him.
