Even the smallest of insects have Read Only Memories.
How else to explain the fact that they know how to do everything necessary to move about? (It's called instinct )
Even the smallest butterfly is not finished with Evolution when it is born a WORM.
It Metamorphoses in the cocoon to be the beautiful winged creature that flutters about.

DNA is coding. Anything we use today that contains electronics contains coding, but they didn’t evolve one from the other. Intelligence built each ‘kind’ to do different things, serve different purposes, but with basically the same building blocks.
