With the ‘Russian collusion’ case against the Trump administration all but dead, the mainstream media has shifted their full attention to now building an obstruction of justice case against the White House. As such, CNN hosted Kenneth Starr, the independent counsel appointed in the 90’s to look into various Clinton scandals, including the Vince Foster death and Monica Lewinsky episode, this morning to get his thoughts on the topic.
CNN: “Do you think there is a case there?”
Starr: “It’s too soon to tell. From what I’ve seen — and of course we don’t know a whole lot — the answer is no. But it is going to be investigated and so we will soon know.”
“Obstruction of justice is really a very hard crime to make out. It’s not just you want the investigation to go away, you suggest that the investigation goes away. You’ve got to take really affirmative action and Director Comey said in his testimony that even though the expression was hope, he took it as a directive.”
“But what we know is, he didn’t do anything about it, right? That is that he did not dismiss the investigation or curtail the investigation. There’s an expression of hope, so it becomes an interpretation.”
Of course, the incredulous CNN anchor was simply unwilling to accept that Trump may be innocent of high crimes and pressed further by asking whether Comey would have had to ‘obey’ Trump’s suggestion to drop the Flynn investigation in order to be guilty of obstruction.

This is what is scary, Trump starts off his presidency with a bogus special counsel, who is now hiring all these massive Clinton contributor lawyers, to find obstruction when they have not yet found a crime worth an indictment. It is surreal and a nice decapitated head trophy for the Deep State, taking down a sitting president on made up DNC hogwash. Mueller now is the ringmaster of this three ring circus. Is he going to be a true American and state he has seen no crime worthy of his office then dismiss his staff and exit quietly, or will he build an empire, leak semi-falsehoods to the press, and go after anything and everything to make himself the Big Man Who Slew Trump. Will we see a cascade of criminal offenses like Trump was late bringing back his library books in 1964 and with interest it is a felony? (If Trump testifies, they should jail his lawyer for stupidity because no matter what he says Mueller will be pursuing a perjury charge.)
I find it deplorable that the DNC-Media and Hillary Clinton were able to contrive this farrago of pure lies about a Russia collusion and repeat it enough for people to believe. It is the Big Lie worthy of Goebbels. It is un-American, purely destructive McCarthyism, and Comey the Sneak went right along with it. As he went along with the illegal and unethical actions of Loretta Lynch in protecting the criminal actions of Hillary Clinton. (It is amazing that Comey testified that he pardoned Hillary, therefore Lynch committed no obstruction and therefore he himself was innocent for not reporting the AG’s illegal and unethical actions. And no Republicans piped up about this wholly contrived self serving scheme?) Yet he screamed bloody murder about Trump who “hoped” Flynn got off as a directive to obstruct, he screamed to Ashcroft after Bush was going to sabotage him in his hospital bed and he bounded bravely up the hospital steps to protect him as the self appointed AG.
Comey is a self-serving fraud, and if Mueller gave him immunity then Mueller is a fraud as well. Comey’s career was dead under Hillary, and his firing was for good cause. He was done in Washington, actually Trump was his best hope, and he spit in Trump’s face by refusing to reveal publicly that there was no investigation. He wanted that blackmail power, which is despicable, and I think grounds for dismissal. If the secret police can call the President a criminal without grounds and destroy his presidency, then what can they do to us as citizens?
Comey has been steering Clintons’ barge away from the prison dock for years. Whitewater, Marc Rich, New Square, Email-Gate, Lockheed money into Clinton Global Fund, Comey’s brother worked for them - Comey aided and abetted those scum lords and still thinks he is as pure as snow. If there was ever a call for a damn recusal, this was it and yet no one mentions this. Policemen do not have to recuse themselves, but Comey removed himself as policeman when he usurped the office of the Attorney General.
Republicans have done a lousy job stopping these hideously un-American actions. They sat back and watched the DNC-Media destroy the presidency because they hate Trump. So they let these vandals desecrate our institutions, diminish our nation and then mumble about Trump on Fox News.
Ironically, Hillary, Obama, and Loretta Lynch are guilty of the same crimes they accuse Trump. Obstruction, Russian pay-offs, illegal wire taps, FISA Court abuse, CIA spying on Senate, and Comey is as quiet as a church mouse.
Let’s look at what we’re dealing with here. This criminal media goes out of its way to defend Hillary who used a home-brew server, destroyed cell phones, deleted emails, had her cronies all take the Fifth. Nope, no obstruction of justice there.
With Trump, they create a phony issue themselves and then claim somehow the president is obstructing justice because he doesn’t want to play along with the ruse?
What rabbit hole have I fallen into?
Remember, the above, for the most part, are sane, rational folks. Assuming that the CNN crew is the same is a dangerous stretch.
They are still thinking the only way Trump beat Hillary on her home court is by major cheating. Anybody that can cheat better than the dims is definitely capable of most anything and not to be tolerated.
Then tell me how Martha Stewart went to prison having been found not guilty of insider trading but for misleading investigators on charges she was found not guilty of

What really frosts me is that you can’t even watch the local news for important local issues and avoid the national outlets outlets anymore, without them quoting the certainty of “Russian interference” while making sure that the term ‘alleged’ is applied to that CNN clone who did the shooting in Alexandria…
