New Yorkers should prepare for a loud, smelly summer. As of Tuesday, scofflaws who commit certain quality-of-life violations — including urinating, boozing or blasting loud music in public — will get little more than a slap on the wrist.

I’d bet NY is doing it for the same reason Denver is. They can pretend to not be a sanctuary city when the $$ gets cut off. They won’t have the illegals going through the court system where the Feds could nab them. It’s stealth sanctuary status.

Good. Who cares what happens to that filthy, wicked city? It can drown in it's own filth for all I care.

Any place which can vote 85% for Hillary deserves the Hell it so deservedly gets.
