This is big and demands immediate action to resolve.
But I can’t figure out why Sessions would pull a stunt like recusing himself to appease some demon-possessed leftist nuts without consulting with President Trump, VP Pence, staff, and attorneys. It’s mind boggling how stupid this was.
He should have found his backbone and told the leftist lunatics in this country that “they have done nothing wrong and he will in no way as the Attorney General of the United States recuse himself of anything.” Keep praying for President Trump and his administration to be protected in this mess.
Sessions NOW needs to UNRECUSE himself, FIRE Rosenstein, FIRE Mueller, and promise to NEVER pull a foolish stunt like that again.

then trump can appoint a replacement who can then immediately dismiss mueller (that is, before anyone has a chance to suggest that he/she recuse himself/herself), for lack of work to perform. Problem? Solved!
President Trump needs a Doberman Pinscher for his Attorney General. Sessions seems to be more of a gentle old Labrador.

Beginning to think this was all a set up from the get-go - the leaking, appointing of Mueller as special counsel/prosecutor (more or less) - so that Trump would take the bait, and fire Mueller, too. Then in the minds of the deep state snakes, it would be all they’d need to get an impeachment charge through.

I didn't no hear one word in the media about this highly suspicious move. Why would Comey meet with Mueller before the investigation even started? Yes, they are buddies and that makes it even worse. Now I see a report this morning that Mueller may have granted Comey immunity from any criminal activity. If true, Trump needs to pull them plug on this Mueller deal right away.
If there is no "there" there, what the heck are they supposed to be investigating? This will just be a fish hunt in the pond. Special Counsels or investigators or prosecutors or whatever they're called, will find something if they look long enough and hard enough. That's what they do.
Nothing in there about finding the truth though. That's irrelevant. Trump is the target and he will be tarnished by this, even if nothing leads to him.
Whoever has the authority in this mess, needs to dismiss Mueller and not replace him. Nip this in the bud. Otherwise, this will not turn out well for Trump's Team.

No. Let them go full speed ahead. The more partisan the witch hunt, the better, because it makes it easier to discredit the investigators. Shutting it down gives them credibility that they don’t deserve, it makes it look like they have something to hide. Remenber Archibald Cox? Remember Ken Starr? He was a respected lawyer and judge, who is now remembered for waving around a semen stained dress. Learn from your enemies. The Clintons destroyed his reputation. We can do the same to Mueller (without the dress, of course). Trump knows how. Let him do it.
