I would second that.Maria had it all.She has first rate guests, knows how to interview them, has the necessary history to know which question to ask, and which one not to.
They don't all remain cabal or deep state. Some migrate, try to get their reps back, others leave the game all together. It's not as cut and dried as any of us would like it to be. Unfortunately, going only on past performance does not always work.While it should be a good indication not always especially at the level these guys are operating at.
People rarely stay the same. They get better or worse. Hard to say where Mueller is. I want to trust Trump and his adivsors hope Mueller is straight but truth is we will probably have to wait and see.
Even then its a crap shoot because we will have to do the work of figuring out who,when, where he is interviewing and they the big one "why". He's not required to say anything. So I don't know where that leaves us.

I guess one thing we should look for is does he have and agenda and can we possibly figure it out just by seeing who he interviews?

You’re right about Trump being able to size up people... he knew Comey wasn’t being open... but here’s another possibility...
One defense FOR Comey is that Comey KNEW Trump wasn’t involved - and KNEW there would NOT be an investigation into this ‘matter’ UNLESS the powers that be thought an investigation would damage Trump. So he gave ‘elites’ what they wanted... knowing it would be taken away by the reality of a specal prosecutor.
The Russian involvement centered around assisting Bernie Sanders - and damaging Hillary. Russian Involvement started at a time when NO ONE in Washington (or for that matter Russia) would have dreamed that Trump had a chance. Russians had a dog in the fight and it wasn’t Trump or Hillary. Seth Rich was a Bernie fan... he was working against Hillary. Seth worked WITH wikileaks... a group Russians worked with too.
It’s possible Comey knew the only way to highlight what was going on was to have a special prosecutor appointed.
Comey stated that the choices he’s made were ones ethical people would make if they had been in his shoes. Comey’s not irrational... There might be a story here... Robert Mueller might be in for some surprises - IF he hasn’t prejudged the situation ... Then again - maybe Comey’s a liberal elite idiot...

Mueller figures out the ‘Russian Connections’ in our elections - while real - never took root in Trump’s campaign.
The fun part will be when democrats are fingered and the ‘oh so outraged press’ turns on a dime - deciding Russian interference is a nothingburger.
