Even if there are memos, who knows when they were written? If they weren't immediately given to the FBI for safe storage, the next day, they can't be taken as being reliable. Add to that, Comey claimed he leaked them because of something that hadn't happened yet.

And I still don't know why Martha Stewart went to jail, Surely, it can't be for lying while under oath. <^..^>

I’m betting one way or another before this is done Comey is charged with something-—perjury, leaking contrary to his FBI sworn agreement, or something similar. We’ll see.
