Even if there are memos, who knows when they were written? If they weren't immediately given to the FBI for safe storage, the next day, they can't be taken as being reliable. Add to that, Comey claimed he leaked them because of something that hadn't happened yet.

I’m betting there is no memo. That Comey made up the memo story and told his boyfriend to leak the story.

Congress should subpoena Comey to turn over the memo. If he doesn't jail him for contempt until he does. If he says there is no memo, prosecute him for perjury.
