Yes...immigrating should mean joining the existing culture.. not immigrating for the purpose of changing the culture. The latter would be war.

You can not be opposed to Sharia and be a Moslem. At the best you would be an apostate and subject to an automatic death sentence. Devout Moslems have a religious duty to kill apostates wherever they are found regardless of what happens to themselves.
Islam means "submission". Not submission to Allah but submission to Sharia.
