There must be the equivalent of "clause V" for mentally incapacitated Representatives.
Someone with balls in the House must act on it!
Not that I know of.
The House and Senate each have their own rules for expulsion and I can’t remember any for health reasons.
There was even a Dem who had himself brought in on a gurney from his hospital room so he could vote on some piece of crap legislation..................
