I fear it as well, since my grandfather had it. I am 62 and try to keep my mind working well. My body, not so much..............

My SIL took me to the gym one day as a guest, and I signed up right there. Two years ago now, and I'm glad of it.

Of course, they have CNN on the flat screens in there, that can't be good for the brain, but at least I don't have to look.
