Arizona Senator John McCain appeared confused during the Senate Intelligence Committee hearing with former FBI Director James Comey. At one point, the 80-year-old McCain referred to President Donald Trump as “Mr. Comey” and even said “President Comey.” McCain was asking Comey about his handling of Trump compared to his handling of the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server for official Secretary of State business.

I also watched John McCain's questioning of James Comey, and I agree with your assessment. McCain referred to President Trump as "Mr. Comey" or "President Comey" a couple of times. Regardless of what you thought about Comey's response to McCain's questions, it was clear what his response was, but McCain just couldn't seem to grasp what Comey was saying. It was painful to watch.
That's a really good question. It appears that Arizona in effect does have open primaries which pretty much explains the election of John McCain and and Flakey Jeff.

Though I dislike McCain tremendously, he was trying to make a very valid point about FBI’s double standard. It is reasonable to assume that Russia would try to approach both sides if they indeed tried to have their spy in the Oval Office. Why isn’t Hillary Clinton being investigated for being a Russian spy?
His feeble mind was on his video poker game. Maybe he’ll leave us before too long.

McCain sounds like he has been drinking from the same sippy cup as Nancy Pelosi.
I listened to McLame & he sounded lost & confused.
One of the wildest things I have seen in a bit. He is really out of it. Reminded me of a neighbor who has Parkinsons.

I heard it on the radio, he really should be resting, at home, the retirement home. You would think his wife would time him it is time to pack it in.
Mr McCain was NOT confused. He was behaving normal.
It is interesting that McCain refuses to call Trump, President Trump.
