News sources reported she printed out info and fowarded it to somewhere here on the ‘net I believe a site called “ The Intercept” who in turn “alerted the authorities”.
She could have been a pawn in a sting operation so the alphabet agencies et al have some kind of most recent proof of leaking.
It also appears there is nothing that would tie this particular leak to the White House.
If Winners actions are proven she must indeed be charged and sentenced accordingly.
