Reality Winner, the 25-year-old federal contractor charged with leaking top secret information to the media, has a long social media trail of liberal political posts and is a supporter of Sen. Bernie Sanders.
Winner also hates President Donald Trump, once posting that the president is a "piece of s***" over his moves to stop protests against the Dakota Access pipeline. Her social media posts have included #notmypresident as well as calls to #resist over Trump's environmental policies as well as DAPL.
Winner also is a former Air Force linguist who speaks Middle East languages Pashto, Farsi and Dari, her mother, Billie Winner-Davis, told The Guardian.
"I never thought this would be something she would do," Winner-Davis told The Guardian. "I mean, she has expressed to me that she is not a fan of Trump but she's not someone who would go and riot or picket."
Still, her Facebook and Twitter feeds are loaded with political rants against Trump, ranging from criticism of his plan to build a wall along the Mexican border to keep out illegal immigrants and to his environmental agenda.
Winner had been an employee of federal contractor Pluribus International since February and had a top-secret clearance. The Justice Department did not say what she was accused of leaking, nor did it identify the media outlet that received the information, but the DOJ announcement of the charges came within an hour of The Intercept posting a story about leaked documents on Russian hacking attempts in the 2016 presidential election.

How the bleep did she ever get a top secret clearance with all that social media background?
Probably many...Hired by the previous administration....
Scroll way down the page. She looks like she takes steroids!!!!!

The really scary part is that the only way she got caught was because the newspaper called to verify that the stuff she gave them was genuine. That doesn’t make you feel very secure.
Carry over from being a linguist in the Air Force.
Here is the correct link:

Pluribus International had the clearance and she contracted with them...I hope to hell the government doesn’t just let any employee of a company with the clearance have it that way....
She looks to me to be a lesbian...
...... Call me crazy ... but ... I have a weird feeling that she was so unstable that she may have done what she did in hopes that she might be able to get one of those free "Sex Changes" That Manning did.
She isn’t doing her abdominal crunches properly!
I was an Air Force linguist back in the late 1980s/early 1990s. Most, if not all, of the linguists get a Top Secret clearance (and variants thereof), simply because of the nature of the work.
Back in my day, the main duty station for linguists stationed stateside was Fort Meade, MD, working for the NSA.
Definitely dyke material.
Based on her six years in the Air Force....I suspect that they renewed her clearance at the five-year point (standard requirement) and she decided to get out at the end of six years. That clearance being there is what charmed the company into readily hiring her....they wouldn’t have to pay to upgrade or redo the clearance, at least until review time came up.
Reality often times bites one in the posterior. Have a fair trial, if guilty of stealing and disseminating classified information, deport her to Iran, a country she seems to admire. While there she can participate in all the death to America rallies and make her life really meaningful.
Vegan type...fitness nut. Go to any military installation and there are dozens like that. Common trend now.
Sounds about right...I let her military background slide right past my thinking....
Interesting that she uses the same exact language to describe President Trump that CNN uses.
It's a set up
Fake "leak" of fake documents supporting the Russian hack meme by a flake hired for the job.
