So why the public criticism of Justice?

To put something out there that keeps him in the news, and maybe to kick the Justice Department in the ass a bit -- just like he'd do for a real estate project in New York City.

Yesterday he posted a zany Twitter message criticizing the Senate for stalling on confirming his nominations to many key posts -- including his ambassador to Great Britain.

The leading Democrat on the Senate committee that confirms these nominations released his own Twitter message afterward, politely pointing out that the vast majority of those nominations have never been formally sent to the U.S. Senate for confirmation because they're still being vetted by government agencies that have nothing to do with the Senate.

None of this bothers Trump. It's all noise to him, and it keeps people talking about him.
