Yes, but she would have lost it when she was discharged. An employer would have had to have applied for a new BI.

Yes, but she would have lost it when she was discharged. An employer would have had to have applied for a new BI.When I retired, I carried my TS with me to my new job with a defense contractor. I don't know what my employer had to do, but I had the clearance on day one of my new job.
