Meanwhile the average American college student can’t muster much outside of accusations of white privilege.
He did not actually use “carthago delenda est”.
He said the modern equivalent:
“The European Union must be destroyed.”
The average American college student can’t remember where they were last night, much less use Latin idiom..................
