I would say that Trump actually has power to remove them from office under the Guarantee Clause in Article 4 section 4.

That would be the icing on the cake.

Good. Let the states spend their own money on the black hole of global warming.

When business leaves the state, we’ll reduce our carbon footprint. See, we can save the planet. Please send more tax dollars so we can feed our people./s

Hope the President will remember this the next time they come calling for disaster relief money. “No, hell no. WE will help the people affected. You get no money.” Then do it.

This is unconstitutional. States can’t enter into foreign agreements.

Will be interesting to see how much it costs them to try....Kalifornia just passed a $400 Billion Bill to institute single payer health care that they don't have the cash for - might be a suicide pact among these States....

I’d bet each of these governors is in favor of removing confederate monuments...and don’t see any irony in that.

Those wailing the loudest do not know ONE detail about the treaty, they just know that they are SUPPOSED to pretend to be angry.

In that case, CA, NY, and WA should ban the use of coal-generated electricity in those states, and place a 100% tax on every gallon of gasoline sold, to reduce their carbon emissions.

I’m sure the voters of those states would reward their rulers.

Mark

Hey Malloy, why not worry about Aetna thinking of moving, than a lie on global warming! If you want to join New York, Washington and Kookiefornia, why not become an independent nation, and let the towns decide (most will stay in the USA, I bet Bridgeport, Hartford, New Haven would leave, but I bet Bristol, Vernon, Danbury, Union and Glastonbury would vote to be the USA.)

I hope CT voters will wake up. How’s that state senator from Glastonbury who announced he is running for Gov. He, I think, is Indian American.

Only one problem with all tax paying citizens leaving those states. They’ll come to OUR states. And of course “correct” the way we do things for the betterement of our state. YIKES!

This is why I left the Democrat Party. There is nobody i that show even the slightest bit of common sense. The Democrats are certifiable loons and devoid of any acceptance of reality.
