“He had a draft of it or an outline. He held up a piece of paper in a meeting and said, ‘I want to go forward. What do people think of this?’” says a source with knowledge of the meeting, which included Secretary of State John Kerry, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Department of Homeland Security secretary Jeh Johnson and the national security adviser Susan Rice.

Whose decision was it to play the Senate Intel Committee as a tool to open channels for distribution of the contents of the report by "asking specific questions at intelligence briefings, knowing the answers would be archived and could be easily unearthed by investigators — including the Senate Intelligence Committee "...

That adds to my impression from the wonderful and kept secret contents of the out-of-Paris speech. Perhaps (at last!) President Trump has identified and removed the leakers and their influence on information he's using to make decisions.
I wonder if Comey told S Obama B his alarm at discovering that Administration operatives were interfering with the Israeli elections. S Obama B sent $350,000 to defeat Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s re-election bid in 2015. How many other elections did S Obama B meddle in to defeat a candidate they did not want?
