Yes, but because he was a black liberal who loved gay people he will never ever be prosecuted for it

[ Was Obama administration illegal spying worse than Watergate? ]

Much worse - in number of persons affected - just that makes it a huge crime.

What did Obama and Hillary and Susan Rice know and when did they know it?

With what we know about der Hildebeast’s involvement with Filegate, think what she would have done with today’s intelligence capability if she were President?

Interesting that an article such as this would show up in such a paper.

Going mainstream?

Wow. It’s an opinion piece, not hard news, (no less so than what usually passes for hard news), but I, too, am pretty shocked. It will be interesting to see where this goes, as far as the MSM is concerned.

Politics-wise, this is the biggest, most absorbing story to come out of Washington, since the communist infiltration of the government of the forties, fifties, and beyond.

Well now, so Trump was right he was spied on. And Comey called him crazy for even thinking it happened. Comey has zero credibility left and yet he is set to testify next week. Hopefully some Republican will grow a pair and bushwhack him next week.

I always like to say “HIS story” instead of “history.”

Both words come to us via Latin from the Greek word, "historia." In English, we have formed two words from the original, presumably because we felt a strong need to separate the concept of a tale from that of an accounting of past events. Other languages use only one word for both contexts. The use of the word "story" to refer to a floor in a building is purely English; in French, it is a stage.

Yes, it was way worse, and the implications for freedom in America are dire. Heads should roll for these misuses of intelligence agencies against American citizens.

Hayden indicated that it would be legal to unmask kushner because a known russian spy was telling Moscow that kushner wanted to use their scif to avoid US intelligence

The problem is the leaking of that info. The person who leaked it to Wapo should be in jail.

Imo..no one has flat out on the record denied it because they dont know if russia or flynn recorded the meeting.

Which is why you dont do stuff like get involved in a discussion about using equipment of a hostile nation to avoid US intellgence....it sets you up for blackmail

If anyone on Earth does NOT understand how serious Susan Rice and Obama’s illegal “wiretapping” was, then they have no idea how to think without being told what to think. <<

What about Hillary Clinton and her accomplices having a homebrew server to run the State Dept??????...how many hundreds of laws were broken there???...Its out in the open and admitted!!!!!........as someone that had a minor security clearance at one time It boggles my mind....

Taxpayers demand Susan Rice answer questions....and they want answers now. Questions for Rice:

1. When did you request the unmasking, and from which agency?

2. Who in that agency actually did the unmasking? Please provide the written requests you submitted.

3. Once the names were unmasked, did you still believe there was a threat to national security from the named US persons?

4. If so, with whom did you share the information, and what actions were taken to protect America and American citizens?

5. If you did not, then you should not have shared the names with anyone else, so how did the names become known?

6. Why was any of the info detailed here deliberately withheld on the FISA application? (it's a felony to willfully withhold information when applying for a FISA).

=====================================

(HAT TIP OMEGATOO)

<><> If the information found in the ‘incidental’ involvement of any US Person was threatening US Security, and America citizens' safety, why did US security agencies wait for Rice’s request to unmask?

<><> Did Obama issue a secret stand down order?

<><> Why did Rice on PBS initially deny responsibility for the unmasking?

<><> Why was this threat not unveiled at the time or since? Why now?

Alarmingly, the supposed ‘threat’ identified by Rice was about to be inaugurated as President of the US. Shouldn’t Congress have been notified? Why did Rice keep it a secret? Maybe she planned to collude w/ the Clintons to sell the intel to a foreign country?

The NSA didn’t unmask the information initially, plus later investigations found NO collusion between Russia and Trump. Seems to be proof-positive that whatever suspicions Obama/Rice/Brennan may have had to justify the unmasking were absolutely wrong, or more likely non-existent.

Contact your Representative and Senators---demand these questions blanket the media---and demand Susan Rice answer them.

Texas Congressman Blake Farenthold also wonders whether or not the intrusion into the DNC computer server may have been an inside job....

Looks like they're getting warmer......

An even BIGGER story is that Obama spied on DEMOCRATS. Like a nerdy teenager, Obama was paranoid Dems were talking about him, giving him the shiv behind his half-caste ***.

PONDER THIS---The ease and nonchalance with which lawless Obama and Susan "The Sifter" used the mega-intel power of the US govt to surveil friends and foe alike make it very probable they spied on Democrats.

Democrats Schiff and Feinstein were invited by Trump to peruse the intel. They reportedly came away shocked at the spying revelations Trump personally unveiled to them....

...... b/c they were shown proof Obama spied on Democrats?..................

Trump knew Democrats would be sap-happy to see Obama spied on Republicans....no biggie to them. So it's more than likely S and F were visible shocked....b/c they saw evidence of Democrats spied upon.

Spying on Repubs is bad enough....but Obama/Rice spying on their own party? The revelations could be earth-shaking....lots of intel on Democrats' offshore financial activities, in Tahiti, French Polynesia, the Caribbean, Central America, and the like.

And remember......S and F ended up saying "they still haven't seen proof of Obama spying on Trump."

The old Bill Clinton parsing routine.

On the list of “Horrible Illegal Things Politicians Have Done”, Watergate is about #999. A botched attempt at a break-in by people dumber than Keystone Cops.

The meme that “it’s not the break-in; it’s the cover-up” is ridiculous. Every day of their lives since the ‘60s the Clintons have personified “cover-up”, and Obama joined that bandwagon.

For starters, in Watergate, nobody died. In Benghazi, Hillary and Obama had people killed. And we have to assume that at least half of the names on “The Clinton Body Count” are actual hits by the Clinton Mafia.

That’s surficial stuff compared to the in-depth crime happening deep, deep within the agencies who used to protect Americans, and used to be manned by people of high character who loved America. Now we have Muslims and Socialists in those high places.

Nixon was looking for who was leaking classified intel to the Democrats.

Compared to the Clintons, with their non-stop skullduggery, and Obama, who always has the goods on his enemies, Nixon was a choirboy. And, whatever else he was, Nixon was a patriot to his marrow.
