The party in the White House generally loses seats in the midterm. However, because there is such a lopsided number of Senate seats in democrat hands that are up for reelection, everyone assumes the pubs will pick up some senate seats. But the pubs will lose some House seats. It is a matter of how many.

The article is basically on target. The democrats' hopes are dim and getting dimmer. If Trump pulls us out of Paris, and A--holes in Congress actually pass a decent healthcare bill and tax reform, the democrats' 2018 lights will go out completely. If the GOP can accomplish that simple threesome, we will have our 60 vote Senate.
