Three of the nations intelligence agencies received subpoenas Wednesday afternoon issued by the House Intelligence Committee, Fox News has confirmed, with each of the three demands for documents explicitly naming three top officials of the Obama administration: Susan Rice, who served as President Obamas White House national security adviser; former CIA Director John Brennan; and former U.N. ambassador Samantha Power.
The three subpoenas, among a total of seven signed by panel chairman Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), were served on the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the National Security Agency, and all three explicitly referenced unmasking a signal that the House panel is intensifying its investigation into allegations that Obama-era aides improperly demanded the unmasking of names of associates of President Trump that had appeared, in coded form, in classified intelligence reports, then leaked the data to news media organizations.
The other four subpoenas were issued at the behest of the committees ranking Democrat, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), and were said to be duplicative of subpoenas already issued by the Senate Intelligence Committee, which is conducting a parallel probe. These four are focused, sources said, on persistent but as yet unsubstantiated allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russian government, as well as the case of Michael Flynn. The former White House national security adviser was dismissed after three weeks on the job because the White House concluded he had misled Vice President Pence about private conversations Flynn had had with the Russian ambassador late last year.

What are the odds that those subpoenas will be ignored.
AND NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO THE CRIMINALS!
The irony is that many of the congresspeople are criminals.
The Democrats are LAW-LESS because Republicans are BALL-LESS!!
Sadly - I agree with you, in the past there would be no response. However, if they do not fully comply in short order the President should fire the agency heads, deputies and just as far down as he can legally go.
They were all aghast about Carter Paige and now they don’t want to talk to him...ROFL...the media, talking heads and radio show hosts act like male dogs sniffing around the female mulberry bush for a little bit...
Congress? What a f@@@@in waist of time. It should be by the DOJ and a special prosecutor so that if found guilty that jail and fine. Nothing from Congress is worth a damn. DOJ is still asleep.
This entire “investigation” is an intel community lead farce and coup attempt on the behalf of the deep state. Its a total fiction.
The swamp covering for the swamp? Why should we have confidence in these committees?
You shouldn’t. The entire Russia thing is a story to “explain” Obama spying on the incoming administration. Without Russia as an excuse, Obama is Nixon times a thousand.
Obama needed an “innocent” reason to explain why he had info on Flynn. Otherwise, he was spying on the incoming administration. The effort is supported by the GOPe neocon Bushie wing that wants a new cold war, and wants a wider war and regime chance in Syria on behalf of the Saudis.
Sadly, most are union members (AFGE). Look at what happened to the IRS witch. Federal employees and union is WRONG. Teachers and union is wrong. Teachers are Gov employees also.
They need to send the unambiguous message that response to these hearings bears a *direct* relationship with their agency budget hearings.
“Give us what we want, or you might lose billions of dollars. Are we clear? ARE WE CLEAR?”
IF they do not cooperate, WITHHOLD THEIR FUNDING. GOP Need to grow a pair, and DARN FAST!
