That seems to be the case in a number of areas in this country.
Los Angeles and San Franppsycho in Cali. Manhattan in New York,
Phili in PA.
Urban areas are just awful.
I used to be a resident of New Orleans, now I live in the country in Florida.
I would never go back. I’d rather die.
I grew up on south side of Chicago in 40’s and 50’s.Was normal then.Even had very good school system. Then my parents saw the writing on the wall and moved out ca 1953.White flight.
