California Congresswoman Maxine Waters got a taste of her own medicine when a constituent threatened to have her impeached.
Melani Bell confronted Waters on Sunday, slamming her for her disrespectful treatment of President Trump and her repeated hollow threats to impeach him. They’re empty threats because of the bipartisan agreement that Trump has committed no impeachable offense.
“I’m going to work every day to make sure that he isn’t impeached and that you’re impeached!” Bell vowed.
A furious Waters shot back: “You can’t impeach a member of Congress! No, you cannot impeach a member of Congress!”
Bell posted a YouTube video of the encounter, where she revealed that she had been ignored despite repeatedly calling Waters’ office and emailing her for “five minutes of your time.”

Article I, Section 5, Clause 2
"Each House may determine the rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two thirds, expel a member."
**The above is true when the member has not committed a crime. Members of Congress at any level (state or federal) can not be impeached, but if removed from Congress can be indicted for crimes like any other citizen.
I wonder if stupidity can be a reason as well?
Article II, Section 4, says that the President, Vice President, and “all civil Officers of the United States”—which includes judges—can be impeached. Members of Congress can be expelled by their own respective body. (See Article I, Section 5, Clause 2.)

Oooohhhh....mean Maxine didn’t like it one bit, when this brave constituent threw out BILL CLINTON’S name...as an actual accuser (sp) of women! She was excellent against the very evil Maxine.
“I don’t care about Bill Clinton!” But, she cannot stand Trump...and calls him ‘horrible’ and ‘liar’ with no proof (uses mocking a handicapped man and grabbing by the private parts, as her “proof”).
This video needs to go viral and Mean Maxine needs to GET FIRED!
So sick of these ‘entitled’ Congresspeeps.
When there are enough idiots in a district who vote for people like Waters you cannot vote them out either.
