John Kelly, others who made 'ultimate sacrifice' in emotional Memorial Day tribute at Arlington..................President Donald Trump honored those who lost their lives serving the nation as he participated in a solemn wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery Monday and told emotional stories of just a few who perished.
'Here at this hallowed shrine we honor the noblest among us – the men and the women who paid the ultimate price for victory and for freedom,' Trump told a crowd of families, military personnel, and dignitaries at Arlington on Monday in his first Memorial Day speech as president.
'We pay tribute to those brave souls who raced into gunfire, roared into battle and ran into hell to face down evil. They made their sacrifice not for fame or for money or even for glory, but for country,' Trump said.

Trump has been caught up in a whirlwind of activity for weeks now. I would be quite tired. He seems to be going strong.
Today he has taken time to meet with some families visiting the graves of their loved ones.
You know, we don’t pause enough to remember, think of the sacrifices made, and lives surrendered on behalf of our nation. This was all done for you and I folks, our families, communities, and nation.
At this moment thinking of Trump’s actions today, I want to salute and thank all our Veterans here on Free Republic.
I appreciate your service to our nation folks.

That is true. The Daily Mail kicks the butts of the entire U.S. media with their Trump coverage. The quality of their online photos and videos is stunning. Even though they appear to be more of an entertainment/celebrity publication, they run circles around the NYT, WashPost and others. The U.S. media should be ashamed.
