Kuschner did say the following to the FBI...

"During the presidential campaign and transition period, I served as a point-of-contact for foreign officials trying to reach the president-elect. I had numerous contacts with foreign officials in this capacity. … I would be happy to provide additional information about these contacts."

Beyond all that, it is the president who Kushner and the FBI report to. It is the president who presumably ordered Kushner to make these contacts. And thus it is the president who is served by security clearance forms.

Was Kuschen keeping secrets from President Trump when he filled out the form. Of course he wasn't!!

Private citizen who contacted ambassador of a hostile nation to use their SCIF to avoid US Intelligence...and didnt report it on a security form

Path of least resistance is to shrug my shoulders to people who dont understand ramifications and say..lets let it play out

At the very least..you should be focusing on who leaked it
