Howdy, radu! Did you have any of that weather that I observed in the Dale Hollow area? It was brutal. I have a FB friend who was out in it and she was scared to death as she drove home!

We just had some HOT storms roll through a short time ago. Lightning hit something on the farm a couple of times. I guess there are a couple of unhappy trees tonight.
We’re thankful we weren’t hit by any of the tornados that have blown up across the state this evening. One went right over my brother’s house but he has no damage from that one. Another one went almost along the same track a short time ago but I don’t know if that one went over his house too.
A bumpy night here and there are STILL storms rolling through.

It was quiet, hot and boring. Two outta three ain’t bad for a good day. LOL! Supposed to cool down to the 80s overnight. I’ll believe it when I feel it. LOL!
Glad you didn’t go out to take movies of those lightning strikes or someone else might have been posting for you tonight. LOL! Hope your brother escaped the 2nd run, too!
Yeah, the hot part kinda stinks but the rest can make for a nice day. LOL
It started out quiet and boring here, plus a little hot and steamy, but it sure took an about face tonight. We have two storms to the west of us that have a bead on us and one has a tornado warning with it right now. Hope that one calms down and STAYS calm before it gets here.
No way to get lightning videos tonight. By the time it was close enough to see any bolts, it was raining too hard. I did stand by the back door watching and one of the strikes on the farm hit on that side of the house. Trees blocked the view of the bolt but it sure lit everything up! The loud “CRACK” made me jump too. LOL
I’ve emailed my brother and hope he replies tomorrow. It was too late to call him when that storm hit.
Great weather here, 85-90 all weekend and clear. Son and I have been hanging a lot so bunches of fun my way.
