The exemption from lawsuits sounds problematic. Don’t we have three branches of gov’t for a reason?
Yes, but this isn’t that much different than other such laws. We have protected classes too.
I don’t think a judge can be sued for the things his rulings facilitate.
I believe insurance companies are protected.
