The healthcare industry is beginning to shift blame for Obamacares 2018 rate hikes and an unstable individual insurance market to Donald Trump and the Republican-led Congress.
An alliance of health insurers, doctors and employers are urging the Trump administration and Congress to fund cost-sharing subsidies for millions of Americans under the Affordable Care Act. Politico reported Friday that Trump is telling advisers he wants to end key Obamacare subsidies.
If cost-sharing reductions (CSRs) arent funded through 2018, Trump and Republicans will be responsible for more insurers leaving public exchanges and a rate hike of nearly 20% on average, reports indicate. The cost-sharing reductions (CSRs) are used to help 7 million Americans pay less out of pocket for healthcare services.
.... Yup ... I have talked to at least a dozen individuals that believe this ..... of course I set them strait .... but that was just a sample of the ignorant vapid useful idiots that are wondering our streets ... They have no will of their own. You see them sometimes walking around blindly with dead eyes, following orders, not knowing what they do, not caring.
.... Heck ... They're just like Zombies! Well .... Zombies/Snowflakes/Democrats .... Same Thing!
Exactly!
Now that’s a shocker!
Was Obama ever criticized for the rate hikes by the Left media cartel?
I would love to read the article or watch the video.
What is the deal with the hand-wringing Eeyore crowd around here?
I know. I have to get off this thread. It is too depressing.
It still is.
Nothing has changed as yet.
Are you not aware of that fact?
See why Trump should let Obamacare die and not replace yet????? HE WILL BE BLAMED FOR TRUMPCARE that no one wants!!!!
Let it die and get government out of healthcare!
They’re in charge.
They’d better repeal — really repeal — ASAP.
No-win situation with the Left and RINOs - leaving it to explode would also garner severe criticism. Damned if you do.......
Yes, I am aware of that. But Republicans are supposedly not funding parts of it, etc. Also it was never fully implemented. If it was it would have imploded already.
My fear is that they are going to replace it with an even worse scheme.
Leave it alone and let if fail all on its own ... and play up the fact that it was Democrats who created another too-big-to-fail fiasco that includes bailing out the insurance fat-cats.
