It may have been a suicide attack and a planted bomb. There were evidently two explosions, and I saw some reports about a pressure cooker found in the lobby where this occurred. Possibly the pressure cooker didn’t explode as it should have and the terrorist ran into the crowd to explode himself there and take out as many people as he could - or possibly he ran into the crowd first, blew himself up and then the pressure cooker went off as people ran for the exit.
And then again, perhaps it was all garbled reporting...
BTW, I still see the US press saying “an explosion occurred at a concert...” Why is it so hard for them to say that there was an Islamic terrorist attack, even though the British police came out and said so within only a couple of hours after the attack?
Ive seen reports it was a very powerful ied in a backpack designed fior wide area damage - not an amateur assembly - detonated by a male who died
Also that a woman was reported acting very suspiciously but the report was waved off by security as implied “ “ racism” - so possibly a second bomber who escaped
