I saw it differently. The protocol is apparently that Trump and Netanyahu are supposed to walk side by side while holding their wives hands. Melania was lagging behind and not holding his hand. He reached back to get her to speed up and hold his hand. Her response indicated “whatever, I really dont want to be here.”
