I wasn’t particularly fond of “Piano Man” when it came out. But the first time I heard “Prelude/Angry Young Man”, I became a big fan.
People made fun of “The Downeaster Alexa” when it came out, but I thought it was a terrific song............

That song is even better live w. Liberty DiVitto on the drums ... best recording I can think of off hand would be that live Russian album “KOHUEPT” (concert in Russian). What Liberty did to that song and “Ballad of Billy the Kid” is simply awesome :-).
