There are points to this. He has completely failed his promise to rescind Obama’s amnesty executive orders and actions. Still today, they are left in place and new amnesty given to illegal aliens. This is probably my single biggest criticism of his tenure. He’s done a few other immigration related things that are troubling—supporting inclusion of illegal aliens the now-failed Obamacare repeal/replace fiasco, plus he keeps company with Ryan and others that clearly do not support him.
I am not inclined to criticize President Trump much (if at all) for any "failings" involving the legislative process. Donald Trump is not a dictator, and for the first time in his life he's working in a position where he actually answers to a "board of directors" who make most of the decisions that affect their constituents.
Something like an executive order or a military decision, on the other hand, would be fair game in my book.
