I suppose they found out that Fields is a supporter of Trump, or was there a rumor sent around that he is.

Be that as it may, Ford suffered under him with a net drop in share price of -%40.

Next to get canned should be Jeff Immelt of GE, who has driven that company’s stock to the ground.

Be that as it may, Ford suffered under him with a net drop in share price of -%40.Killing off the Ranger and raising their base-model pickup's MSRP to over $27,000 didn't help, I'm sure.

A bit off topic, but does anyone here remember the Galaxie model that was made by Ford in the 1960s? One vintage car dealership in my locale some years back had a red 1964 one up for sale and it was just a gorgeous looking car. Any opinions on it concerning how it drove, etc?

My Grandpa had one close to that year- a ‘64 or ‘65 in dark green that he intended to keep until he died. Unfortunately some time in the late eighties some gal was flying through a parking lot at an estimated 50mph as he was backing out and completely creamed it.
I remember going places in it when I was a kid and thinking it was a cool car.

Ford stock price has not done much for many years. I owned it in 2009 and it more then tripled to nearly $19 from where I bought it. Then it went up and down between $12 and $18 till 2014 when I sold it and bought better stocks and did much better.
