Younger blacks know more than older ones that they will never integrate/assimilate. Older blacks are more likely to have job skills, a work ethic, and English literacy - all severely lacking in too many younger ones. Interestingly, I suspect many young whites are facing the same issues - and that is why some young whites are into the permanent temper tantrum/aggrieved status.

The only surprise here was that the NAACP wasn’t all in favor of BlackLivesMatter from the get-go. I was under the impression that the NAACP abandoned polite, suit and tie clad talk of “equal rights” in favor of open radical hatred towards whites long ago. BlackLivesMatter is just the NAACP updated for millenials.
