Rosenstein appoints a Special Prosecutor this week I want to know what the crime is?
The whole thing is BS, but I am starting to think the independent investigator was the best move. It removes as much of the politics as possible and we already know there are no signs of collusion per Brennan, Clapper, Feinstein, and a whole host of others.
It also opens up opportunity for the one pledge of Trump that I am most disappointed he did not keep. A special prosecutor to look into “her situation.”
Oh that’s an easy one.
The crime was that Hillary lost an election rigged in her favor, and The Swamp isn’t happy about it.

“Prosecutor” is used incorrectly.
Officially, it’s the DOJ Office of Special Counsel, which replaced the Office of the Independent Counsel and reported to Congress rather than the DOJ as at present. Congress’ Independent Counsel was a prosecutor.
There is also another Office of Independent Counsel that investigates federal civil service employees. That Counsel has not been mentioned in connection with this.
Everyone is assuming Trump is the focus of the special council.
How about Comey and his politically corrupt illegal coordination with the Obama White House ,of the US Counter Intelligence groups, without required Congressional Oversight, as the real target of the special council?
