ABC has cancelled family sitcom The Real ONeals after two seasons, TVLine has learned. Noah Galvin starred as gay teen Kenny, whose decision to come out sent shockwaves through his tight-knit Catholic family; Martha Plimpton (Raising Hope) and Jay R. Ferguson (Mad Men) co-starred as Kennys parents Eileen and Pat.
This thing should have never been aired, and certainly didn't deserve its first renewal, but since this tripe is the cause dejour of the banial left it got 2 seasons... finally this turd is gone to live on in reruns on logo network forever.
It lasted a season and a half longer than I thought it would, and two seasons longer than it should have.
Agreed. Plus it was not even funny. Poorly written. Just a bad show. I knew it wouldn’t last long.
“ABC has cancelled family sitcom The Real ONeals after two seasons, “
That was three seasons too long.
Should have died in the planning stage.
Hopefully the new show which TLC has been really promoting - Nate & Jeremiah By Design - will have the same fate.
Faggotry doesn’t sell......................
network TV is a cesspool of stupidity, political correctness and left-wing propaganda. I stopped watching TV years ago...
Right, and that includes much of the advertising.
And of course, Martha Plimpton really IS gay. So there’s that.
I loved her in “Raising Hope”. The creators of that show, along with “My name is Earl” made some of the best TV programming ever.
I still can't figure out why Modern Family is still on the air if this is the case.
In an industry built on ratings, going for 3% of the population isn’t the smartest move.
Because,it’s actually funny.
SOPHIA VIAGRA..............
Disney’s ABC is the all faggot channel...................
So true. Puke show.
It never saw the light of day in our house.
It’s not anti-gay to support the Bible’s guidance. In fact, I cannot think of anything more pro-gay than helping people to turn difficult parts of their lives over to God.
If the show featured an adulterous father whose decision to come out as a philanderer sent shockwaves through his tight-knit Catholic family, my response would be the same. Sexual immorality is still immorality, whether adultery or gay, just like all other forms of immorality. Each of us faces different temptations, and many of us fall short more or less often, but nothing excuses the agenda of celebrating immoral behaviors.
These Hellivision demons will come up with something else pervert to shove in your face.
I quit tv for the most part years ago, too. Especially the
soaps. - One day, years ago, the theme song for “Days of
Our Lives” came on with its “like sands through the
hourglass, so goes the days of our lives”. I got up off
my duff; said that is EXACTLY right, shut the tv off, and
NEVER watched another soap again AND very little of any
other tv. Time waster AND I’ve been able to keep my home
a little more presentable, too. (At that time, I had a
load of laundry and ironing to do, plus cooking for my
family, housecleaning, a child in school, etc.) Now, at
almost 71, it’s all I can do to say grace to just the
essentials.
