The timing was near perfect.
The dems stonewalled the approval of many of Trumps nominations for various positions, one important until just 2 weeks ago.

It is possible he was forced to pull the July and Oct stunts by his President. Think about that. And who has control of the Dem mafia today? The lady born in Iran to Communist parents. Here is what I believed at the time: Comey looked like there was a gun to his head in both July and Oct but his conscience made him decide to warn Americans about the hidden Communist mafia (Holder, Clinton, Obama, Valjar) in the only way he could.

After all, who really believes their mafia thugs weren't telling Comey the consequences of starting an investigation of the treasonous Clinton mafia? Thugs in power like to hire compromised men who can easily be controlled.

Actually, the only person that reports to the AG is the Deputy AG. Most of the agencies report to the Deputy AG. Also, in the case of the Russian investigation, Session recused himself, so the Deputy AG doesn't even report to him on that. Sessions is out of the loop. Here is the organization chart of the DOJ :
