Rush Limbaugh tells a story from the 1970s when Anwar Sadat was interviewed by one of those network news shows (it may have been "60 Minutes").

According to the story, the network told Sadat that the interview would be conducted over the course of an hour. He asked them how long the TV segment would be, and was told: "The segment will air for 12 minutes."

"Then I'll give you 12 minutes for the interview," he said. He was no fool -- and knew damn well that it would be edited to fit a political agenda.

Exactly! 60 Minutes is notorious for its biased editing. They have even been known to insert questions in places where they were not actually asked.

Great story.
