Universities are not “schools” under federal law.
In Georgia, under the new law, only a few places are prohibited on Campus. If your out of state permit is from on e of the 34 states recognized by Georgia, you fall under the same rules as someone with a Georgia permit.
First offense for Campus carry, under the new law, is a $25 fine, with no jail time.
