Did you know "conservative" Nicholas Sarkozy supports a nationwide gun ban and complained Obama wasn't enacting more government programs to stop "global warming"? Even worse, Marine Le Pen's "far right" party actually believe the government should take over entire sectors of the economy. Additionally, Front National supports France's untenable and unaffordable welfare state. Thirty-five-hour work week? Check. Lower the retirement age to 60? Check. Introduce trade barriers? Check. Etc. Etc. Etc.
Sounds pretty socialist to me.
All Europeans are socialist to one degree or another. (I might be persuaded to say same as here! But Europeans operate on another level when it comes to government largess!) Those Europeans who thought otherwise are here!
