Its good news out of France, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice told CBS This Morning today about the election of Emmanuel Macron. No one, I think, who believes in globalization or immigration or free trade would have wanted Marine Le Pen to win. Thats an accurate statement, but Rice also worried that rising populist anger had begun to impact the political center in Europe and the US:

Everyone in the Bush regime is horrible. I used to be proud of her. Only one not a pyle seems to be VP Cheney. Bush family corrupt, evil.
We really dodged a bullet by not having Condi as President.
Were you really expecting a different view from Condi Rice? She’s a dipped in the blood member of CFR and Bush acolyte.
I’ve discovered finally that everyone I find loathsome at a glance is indeed loathsome, even if it takes a few years to become obvious to everybody else.
Yeah, I failed to mention the CFR.
We concur. From what we observe in the media, huge swaths of France have already reached the tipping point. This banker/globalist is going to accept people who don’t love French culture and history with open arms? If France spins out of control, the silver lining just might be that countries where civilization can still be saved with put an end to globalist dreams coming true.
Condi & Hillary agree. Enough said
Condi thinks it’s a good thing for France to submit to Islam.
Well, that would be the tolerant thing to do.
Why has she been making so many comments lately? The other day it was about North Korea. Today it’s about the election in France. Just when you think you don’t have to hear from these fools ever again, they open their yaps. I was just getting used to not hearing from Colin Powell, but I suppose I’ve jinxed us all by mentioning him, and he’ll be crawling out of the hole he crawled into after Hillary claimed he told her to use private email account.
There were people on this site yesterday coming out in support for globalist Rice.
In the U.S., were surrounded by traitors
Even Cheney. Didn’t he encourage his daughter who was then living in VA, as she probably is today, to run against WY Sen. Enzi, one of the most consistent conservatives in the U.S. Senate? She had to withdraw and settle for running for WY’s at-large House seat.
non.
Marine Le Pen is no Donald Trump
There are similarities, but that’s pushing it. I love her love of France. But I would like to see somebody straddle / combine the populist and the conservative positions the way Trump does. Marine says that a new political force is forming in France, combining the patriots against the globalists. If she means an alliance between the National Front, Arise France and Les Republicans, I’m all for it. But if she means an alliance between the National Front and the anti-capitalist / pro-communist left, I’m against it.
Nigel Farage, on the other hand, IS LIKE Donald Trump. Nigel isn’t a successful businessman, hasn’t written 17 New York Times bestsellers, and doesn’t have a star on the Hollywood walk of fame. But, he is a solid chap, with his feet on the ground, sensible and has a good sense of humor.
Agreed. If I stay pissed off long enough (and am still alive) I am tempted to not watch next year’s Masters in protest.
Rice is a globalist, just like her former boss.
I just finished listening to a history of the 1830 French Revolution.
Get out the popcorn folks, the consequence of Sunday’s election could prove entertaining.
Good God!
America didn’t dodge any bullets on 9/11 when this incompetent boob was Nat’l Security Adviser.
