Over the two days of testimony in front of Congress FBI Director Comey has answered many questions. There have been a couple that he has been unable to answer in an open, unclassified forum. One of those being what would be considered by some to be the most shocking email found by the FBI.
In this exchange between Senator Grassley and Director Comey, the Senator asked about an email that was found by the FBI. It indicates that former Attorney General Lynch would do everything she could to make sure that the FBI investigation “didn’t go too far” and would not result in criminal prosecution of Hillary Clinton.
Although the director could not confirm or deny the existence of this email in this open forum, it was quite clear from his response it did exist.

What could possibly be classified about a email where Lynch says she doesn’t want the FBI to go “too far” in the investigation of Hillary? I’m not buying his answer.

I find it amazing that ANY citizen thinks that our government can be righted by any means short of pitchforks, torches and whatever sundry implements they can gather.
I'm a firm believer that until they fear the rope, nothing will change.

You can not read it because even though the Times saw it. It was "classified".
My understanding is that the NY Times reported the suspicious email/memo in this story below. It looks like the Times was trying to cover for Clinton but they also pointed to a potential smoking gun. If the memo is authentic then it really is the smoking gun.
The question is why would the Russians, who allegedly wanted Trump to win, NOT leak the email?
If such an email did NOT exist why didn't Comely simply deny it?
