No standing to sue until ‘Jack Doe’ is punished
The Virginia Supreme Court knocked down a challenge to a school board policy that added “gender identity” and “gender expression” discrimination to the student handbook with little parental involvement.
Student “Jack Doe” and his parents sued Fairfax County Public Schools last year, saying the new protected categories weren’t defined and Jack could be suspended for saying or doing anything that potentially offended a transgender peer.

I recently noticed a gay couple in Costco. I came to a complete stop and thought, “Okay, how do I know they are gay?” They were dressed like they were about to appear on “Ellen.” They did a lot of inappropriate touching. Nothing sexual, in the getting aroused sense, but men do not normally touch each other. They moved like dancers, with studied and smooth grace; I have known top-flight karate masters who moved with smooth grace, but it was totally different. These were more flamboyant rather than strong and economical motions.
My experience with people like these is they are shouting, “lookatmelookatme!” People who dress and act this way want to be in the limelight. Those who don’t know the right moves to capture your attention become drama queens. Giving them special powers over others will be a disaster for normal people. (I just offended somebody with the assumption that they aren’t normal. Suck it up snowflakes. I won’t even watch while you pitch your screaming fit.)
Funny - the rules about offending others used to have a "as seen by reasonable person" caveat - looks like now it's totally up to the "offended" one and they don't even have to tell you they're offended - straight to the court/college board for punishment...
Funny how the little protections for sane/normal people keep disappearing from some of these PC monstrosities...
But under the new rule, ignoring them could be considered an offending act as well. The decision would be up to the liberal school officials and you know what they would do.

Bingo. Anything you do now that offends liberals (who are perpetually offended) will get you suspended / fired. All part of their game to brow-beat anyone who doesn’t agree with them to shut up and cower in fear. Hell, they almost got away with having people in this country afraid to say “Merry Christmas” to each other!
So now, when the boy who wants to wrestle the girls goes out for the team, anyone who objects will be expelled. Got it.

When I suggested using “It”, notice I used insulting examples. This comes from a friend’s mom (a child of French immigrant parents), who used the term for those she disliked in the same manner. Mrs. B. died several years ago at 100+ years, sharp as a tack, admired, loved, opinionated, and gut-bustingly funny until the end.
Mrs. B would also call “It” a “Thing”, e.g. - “That THING has no idea at all how silly IT looks”. i
Time to revoke Virginia’s Southern credentials. It’s already happened to Maryland years ago, now Virginia. Get lost!
Virginia would be much better off if the counties around DC would just be annexed by Maryland.

How does anyone get the pronunciations right, especially with regional dialects and non-English speakers?
How would we know which preference they had for pronouns?
That's part of their social engineering plan. As part of PC etiquette, you are supposed to introduce yourself and give your preferred pronouns, then ask the other person for their name and preferred pronouns. The whole point is to make people ask and normalize this nonsense.
Regarding the ignorance of that chart: they still want to use different pronouns for man and woman, they just don’t want them to be he and she?
All those GOP members in the Virginia assembly give us a court like this. Thanks phonies.
Many of the politicians in Virginia are from other places. They don’t represent the people. It’s what happens when people from the north east take over the politics.
Another reason to homeschooled...
They want pronouns to be a personal choice, one that can change from moment to moment. Those who want to be he/him/his most or all of the time should be allowed those pronouns, as should those who feel more like a she/her/hers at the moment. Don’t expect me to explain this well; I’m trying to convey sanity as if it had logic.

All this debate with the FCPS policy was raging during a School Board election and only one GOP candidate had the courage to make it an issue. She was re-elected. All the other GOP candidates were cowards, never mentioned it, and lost.
