Climate change will bring some surprising effects: Bumpy plane rides, greater mood swings and more volcanic eruptions are just a few of the things we can expect over the decades to come. And yes, even more lightning.
We're already familiar with some of the more evident effects of global warming such as melting glaciers and more extreme weather events. But few people are aware of some of the other, less obvious - and completely surprising - impacts of our changing climate, which could have a serious impact on the way we live.
1. Airplane turbulence will get worse
2. Icebergs will clog up shipping lanes
3. Lightning will strike more frequently
4. Volcanic activity could increase
5. We'll become angrier
6. The ocean will get darker
7. Allergies will worsen
8. Animals will shrink
9. Desert soil may erode
10. Ant behaviour will change

That is he cutest Great Dane I have ever seen.
Remember the Commercial with the Rich guy who was feeding his foot tall Giraffe? Some People thought it was real.
Just sayin’...
“incredible” is the correct word for that list, actually...
Or not
We are entering a mini ice age. What will the idiots do about that?
Erm, won’t those increased volcanic eruptions cause cooling?
I’m curious as to what the actual mechanism is for climate warming to trigger volcanic action? Oh wait, they just claim stuff and things will happen, but no actual explanation of observed causes and effects that demonstrate how it occurs.
Here’s a more accurate list.
1. Nothing.
2. Nothing.
3. Nothing.
4. Nothing.
5. Nothing.
6. Nothing.
7. Nothing.
8. Nothing.
9. Nothing.
10. Nothing.
Well, OK, maybe instead of “nothing” it’s “negligible”.
Uh...volcano activity? Well, whatever. It isn’t going to matter when all the wind generators slow the Earth down and make it start turning the other way.
What about the good things that global warming will bring—longer growing seasons, more arable land due to shrinkage of the permafrost belt, fewer blizzards and ice storms, and so on.
I pity the person that has a Herd of those Cattle ,wait how much per ton ,LOL
How in the world does climate affect volcanoes? Please show how that works
11. Lions will lie down with lambs. Hail, boils, real Old Testament stuff. (BillMurray, Ghostbusters)
12. "Science" as we know it will be indistinguishable from pseudo-science, and the scientific method will be (has been) upgraded to rigid political dogma and hysterical press-releases.
Don’t you know...This mini ice age is caused by global warming....
The colder it gets, the more dangerous warming is...
We are gonna get so hot that we’ll all freeze to death....

Global Warming on Free Republic here, here, and here
Here in Northern Alabama it is currently 49 degrees with high wind gusts & periods of rain.
49 degrees. In Alabama. In May.
Paging Al Gore..
Nicely played
Global warming.
Longer growing seasons.
More food.
Fewer people starving to death.
Lower heating bills.
Less salt needed for deicing the roads.
Fewer accidents due to bad weather.
Fewer people freezing to death from exposure.
Roads in better condition from not getting so many potholes.
Cars need less repair from hitting potholes and corrosion from salt.
Better gas mileage from cars so less gasoline used and needed.
So what’s the down side to it again?
More Volcanic activity? Really? Who wrote that, Bill Nye, the BS guy?
There is ACTUAL data that DIRECTLY ties CO2 to volcanoes. That is FACT. So obviously if there is an increase in CO2 it will cause an increase in volcanoes.
(I could argue this further with lots of fancy charts and measured data, but I would need at least $1.5 million in government grant money to fund this critical research that could save millions of lives.)
Every human who has died has been proven to have drunk water.
Unicorns will go insane.
