Florida Senator Marco Rubio said Wednesday he had confirmed the rumor that jailed Venezuelan opposition leader Leopoldo Lopez had been taken to a military hospital in Caracas "in very serious condition." Mr. Lopez's wife, Lillian Tintori, rushed to the hospital, waited to see him and was told he wasn't there. Mr. Lopez has had no visitors in 37 days, though the government says he's alive......

His wife, Lillian Tintori was demanding to see him at a prison outside of Caracas, but then this late development saying Lopez is hospitalized in Caracas.
Tintori was taken to the White House by Marco Rubio a few months ago and she met with President Donald Trump.
Rubio and VP Mike Pence were there when a picture was taken of the POTUS and Tintori. President Trump tweeted the picture, calling for the release of Lopez.

I hope Lopez’s family gets some answers and I hope he’s safe.

Eventually the family will get answers, probably not in this generation, and he is not safe. How can he be “safe” while in the hands of this government? He is 99% likely dead.Pray for his soul.

I thought there might be a march or two to show support for the Venezuelan people.
Venezuelans are marching even in Beirut, Lebanon where the so-called “Human Rights Ombudsman” of Venezuela, Tarek Saab, has been hanging out.
Colombia, a much smaller country than the USA, has taken in 236,000 Venezuelan refugees. That means they could see 800,000 or more refugees by the end of the year if this goes on. People are moving over the border daily.
President Trump is supposed to be meeting President Santos of Colombia. Interesting meeting to be in on.....
Marco Rubio brought Lillian Tintori to the White House a couple of months ago and she met the POTUS who tweeted for her husband’s release.
