I would not want a safe zone in the hot spot by the Golan Heights, with an Iranian overseer, backed up by Russia and Turkey.

Trump didn’t just fall off the turnip truck. I don’t think he’d buy into this either.

Syria wants the Golan Heights back, and it wouldn’t take much imagination to see how false refugees could be amassed in the region so the Iranians could move in and help Syria.

That would not be good.
