I read this yesterday - including the original blog post by the “Antifa chick”. She is an incredibly deluded young woman.
She stayed with this man for days and days even though he was routinely raping and assaulting her. I do not because believe she did so out of fear - although I am sure there were moments in which she was afraid. No, she stayed with him because her Leftist ideology has made her stupid and has shut down her natural human impulses to avoid obvious danger and abuse.

Some people are attracted to Islam because, if nothing else, this religion offers absolute values, which is appealing in a world of moral relativism and subjectivism, which has infected the institutions of our society, including the mainline Protestant denominations and the left wing of Catholicism.
Barring a large scale Christian revival, there is scant hope for this country and the Western democracies.
